Women in games and the efforts around equality within our industry have grown significantly over the past years. They have fought, they have stood their ground and they know there is still a long way to go. Part of the challenges ahead is the question of how they can join forces with other marginalized groups and how they can become more inclusive within their own ranks as well. This session serves to talk explicitly about the work women want to do to support other women, but also to support the intersections within their groups. This is a space where you can collect ideas for improvement inside and outside of the organization and constructive criticism is explicitly invited.

Takeaway
This RT session will foster a dialogue within the community of women in games about the impact and topics of intersectionality both within social and professional circles, and beyond. The takeaway of the session should be a large variety of perspectives and ideas for improvement around an inclusive, intersectional WiG SIG.
